Patterns & Profiles

All the jewellers mills have extension rollers for rolling shapes as well as patterns. Larger machines can also be provided with these if needed. Patterns shapes and profiles illustrated below are just a small sample of what is available. Special patterns and profiles can be ordered to customers own specification.

Patterns

The patterns are produced in a hardened and ground roller with the pattern being on the tongued roller giving maximum strength. This then sits down into a matching grooved roller.

Profiles

The extension roller can be provided with several shapes depending on width. They include full half rounds, elliptical, 'V' shapes and shallow 'D' shapes.

Shapes and profiles in all cases are produced in a hardened roller and with a ground finish with high polish for accuracy and improved quality product finish and appearance. Standard Profiles
